The goal of founding a company for innovative and modern treatment concepts for keeping beauty and health has been natural for the owner of the company, Mrs. Dr. med. K. Komender-Spira. But there is a lot more to the philosophy of the SKIN JET Cosmetic . Medical . Wellness GmbH in Darmstadt. The success of the company concept turned up even in the first years. From the beginning, the connection of device methods and product mega-treatment programmes stood by the keeping of beauty and health, of body, organs, skin and soul. This innovative company philosophy – aesthetic medicine with effective cosmetic, avant-garde anti-aging and body orientated wellness – has brought the company SKIN JET so far that its successful concept is applied all over the world. This is all due to the committed and creative founder, Dr. med. K. Komender-Spira.

One step ahead of the current development

The trend setter for medical beauty and wellness expert even today researches and develops the caring products and treatment programmes of tomorrow. Therefore she has won very high recognition of doctors in cosmetic-medical practices, of cosmeticians and wellness suppliers world wide. The success lies in the specialization of the company. Development and production of all treatment devices as well as of the adjusted and continuing caring products are “from one hand”. The team of Dr. Komender-Spira (development of the product lines and treatment concepts) and Dr. Ing. Spira (development of the devices) had already been talked about world wide eight years ago with the development of microdermabrasion with ultrasound. Research and modernization led to new treatment systems like e. g. the Air-Pulsator (vacuum-pulsation-lymph-massage) applied by practices and institutes today as well as the new development of the ultrasound resp. the ultrasound heads. The ultrasound heads, first made of ceramic, later of quartz-ceramic in the magnetic field and today of quartz-ceramic in the magnetic field with simultaneous red light effect, are applied successfully for the benefit of the customer. Keeping a healthy, beautiful skin is guaranteed due to the research, development and production of all product lines. The goal of developing an assortment of active substances cosmetic, systematic care and concepts for the needs of care sensitive people has been reached today due to the dynamics of the company. But behind it is hard work, absolute control and the wholehearted keeping of the company philosophy “everything from one hand”.

Innovation forms the company

In 2004 the SKIN JET Clinic and the Cosmetic . Medical . Wellness Centre was opened in Darmstadt city after the ideas and the artistic know-how of Dr. Komender-Spira. She can be proud of this centre. Very often she is consulted as an adviser for practice organisation, planning and interior decoration. But she is also proud of the production of devices and products taking place in Germany, of her excellently directed further education centre in Darmstadt and of the comfortable customer service very appreciated by the customers.

SKIN JET - in a new location
The firm of SKIN JET GmbH is introducing their own business house from which the company now is able to offer better development, production, logistics, training and much more other services.

For more than 100 years the building reflects a part of Darmstadt's tradition. After house has been rebuilt and renovated it meets now with the demands of Skin Jet GmbH.

The ideas for the renovation and the interior design came from Mrs. Dr. med. K. Komender-Spira, the manager of Skin-Jet GmbH, and are reflecting the character and style of the company and products.
Special ambience and atmosphere are offered by our training rooms. Everybody here is supposed to feel good and should find a harmony between spirit and soul.
The well-intended seminars and the international training lessons for Skin Jet methods within the field of cosmetic an aesthetic medicine have proved as great success and meet with the acceptance of the participants.

Especially the development of the product lines, treatment methods and concepts as well as the company management of the SKIN JET GmbH and its branches, like SKIN JET® Clinic, Training-Centre, Pro-Journalist, World Consulting, is under the direction of Mrs. Dr. med. K. Komender-Spira.

Renowned in all countries around the world treatments are carried out successfully according to the methods developed by Mrs. Dr. med. K. Komender-Spira.

Mr. Dr. Ing. W. H. Spira is responsible for the field of device development. His know-how and his precision are based on the experience of long years in his DAMA Optical Machines Factory in Darmstadt. He puts this knowledge to good use for the development of medical and cosmetical devices.

1996  -  Microdermabrasion: AR-ABRASIO
Development of the AR-System for the first time in the world. The devices of the smallest size show the highest, incomparable performance, best treatment results, short working time and professional quality.
 
1997  -  Microdermabrasion + Ultrasound (with metal head): ABRASONIC®, DERMASONIC, ENZYMSONIC®
Invention of the system for the first time in the world. The combination of the two systems generates headlines on the cosmetical and medical market.

Simultaneously product lines are developed as comprehensive methods, like ENZYMES, enzymatic peeling and DERMOLECTIN. The high-tech development of enzyme products opens new possibilities in skin treatment. At the same time optimal treatment methods for acne, scars, striae and cellulite are created.

1998  -  Ultrasound head made of Ceramic: ABRASONIC®, FIRST ABRASONIC®
Due to harmful effects and lower performance of the metal head regarding efficiency the ultrasound ceramic head is produced for the first time in the world (see extra page).

With that, treatment quality and results reach the highest level.

2001  -  Micro-pulsation: MULTI-ABRASONIC®
Anchoring of the vacuum-pulsation-lymph-massage in order to optimise treatment results. The invention of the world-wide incomparable 3-time treatment system by Mrs. Dr. med. K. Komender-Spira provides for precise and successful treatments of all skin and body areas in the medical and cosmetical sector.
